Smokin Joe Sparaco
Founder "Smokin Joe" Sparaco is a native of Otsego County, having been born and raised in Oneonta alongside his siblings, Patsy, Barbara, Gregory and Maggie. Joe got his start cooking over 25 years ago with a concrete block pit he built himself in the back yard. Joe is also an experienced craftsman and avid outdoorsman. When he's not firing up the grill, you can find him working on various projects around Oneonta or out in the woods hunting. Joe has an adult son named Tanner who also lives and works in Oneonta.
Jeanene Higbie

Jeanene Higbie, is a native of Otsego County having grown up in Wells Bridge. Jeanene brings a wealth of experience to the business having worked for more than 40 years in the food and beverage industry including restaurants and catering. Additionally, Jeanene has worked as a part time nurse. Jeanene has raised 4 children in the area and currently helps out with her grandchildren.
